Asked Questions
Yes! We are happy to work with every situation. We offer the following payment plans:
- Full payment due at checkout
- 30% initial deposit with the rest due in cash or via Zelle on the day of your event
- 50% deposit, remainder due 3 days before scheduled event
- Case by case payment plans (ex. 4 payments, 6 payments, etc). Only available for events scheduled 2 months or more in advance.
How it works:
1) Let us know what payment plan you would prefer, so we know to keep your date reserved
2) Online payment plans are completed via an invoice. We will send one to your email, with the payment schedule detailed in the notes portion. The initial payment will be for 50%, 30%, or custom amount of your total.
3) You will submit the remaining online payments via the SAME invoice, so make sure you star it in your email. If you have trouble finding it, let us know and we will re-send it to you.
How do the 4+ payments work:
1) You will receive 2+ invoices total to your email.
2) Invoice 1 will be for 50% of the total amount. This total amount will be split in half again so that you are only paying 25% at a time.
3) Invoice 2 will be sent following the completion of invoice 1, a few weeks before your event. It will be in the same format as invoice 1, meaning you pay two payments of 25% from the total amount.

We can take last minute reservations if booked at least 3 days in advance. Any notice later than this may result in a late fee being implemented. Note: Last minute bookings are subject to availability.
If you want the picnic for a special event, or special date, please book as soon as possible. We are in high demand. Weekend dates book up quickly, so if you would like a weekend date, please book at least 2 weeks in advance to assure your date will be available. We always try our best to schedule you, but sometimes it might not be possible. Private locations must be requested 14 - 30 days in advance, at minimum if a permit is needed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For parties larger than 25, you MUST request 2 weeks in advance, minimum, or we may not be able to accommodate you.
To secure your date, please fill out the booking form for custom requests or you may request your date on the calendar page when you book. We will email you our proposal and booking confirmation for custom requests with your desired date, time, and instructions.
You will need to sign our contract and pay a deposit to secure your date. Once that is completed your date/picnic is secured for the date!
NOTE: Without a deposit, we will NOT reserve your date. Our availability is first come first served.
After you book our services, and a deposit, we can reschedule you for another day, or for a future date, but we do not give refunds on the deposits or perishable goods purchased (NO EXCEPTIONS). Please let us know as soon as possible if your date no longer works and plan accordingly. If you paid in full and want to cancel, we can issue an immediate 100% refund within 15 minutes of booking. After the 15 minutes, only 70% can be refunded after a 4-day period. No further refunds will be issued after this. *EXCEPTION - If perishable and custom goods have been purchased for your event, the cost of these will be deducted from the eligible 50% refund.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Should any party cancel later than 3 days before your picnic, we will NOT be able to refund the full amount paid. This is due to accounting for costs of perishable goods and labor. This includes but is not limited to foods, flowers, or custom items purchased, labor costs, etc. We CAN reschedule for a different date, however this is subject to availability.
All rescheduled picnics are subject to a fee if requested later than 3 days before your scheduled picnic. This accounts for the repurchasing of perishable goods such as flowers and foods.
All rescheduled picnics MUST be rescheduled within 90 days. Failure to reschedule within the designated time frame will result in the loss of any monetary value(s) submitted, credit for a new picnic, etc. You will need to restart the booking process and cover all necessary fees of the new booking.
All events end at the latest: 9:30 PM. There may be an exception for larger parties if in a backyard or enclosed location. Fees may apply.
If you wish to extend your event later into night please let us know in advance as some beaches and parks close at sunset. We need to plan for lighting, and a safe location.
Please note that without a deposit your date and time is NOT secure. It is still up for grabs for other clients to take until your deposit is submitted.
If your payment in full is more than 72 hours late, a $15 late fee will be applied to your invoice for everyday that your payment is late. If payment is still not made 72 hours before your scheduled picnic, we will reach out to discuss possible solutions. If no response is recieved at least 24 hours before your picnic, your event will be cancelled and NO refund will be accepted (NO EXCEPTIONS).
For events booked with a 30% deposit with the rest due in cash on the day of, we will meet you at the event site to collect payment. Event will not be allowed to take place until payment is collected. If for some reason the full amount is not paid on site, you will be given until 5 pm the following day to complete your payment. After this grace period, a $100 fee will be added to your total amount for every day that payment is not completed. After 1 week, we may charge the card on file and/or take legal action.
Simple! Reach out to one of our team members via any channel such as email, phone number, Instagram DM, etc. Someone will assist you in rescheduling the date.
NOTE: All events MUST be rescheduled within 90 days to avoid the loss of any and all payments already submitted. After the 90 days you will need to completely rebook again (NO exceptions). After this 90-day period, all funds previously submitted will be forfeited.
If you are rescheduling your event later than 3 days before it's date, you will need to pay a fee to cover the cost of goods purchased such as for flowers and perishable goods for your rescheduled date. The rest of your funds will go to the remainder of your picnic.
No worries, we know things happen! You are allotted a 15 minute grace period after your event starts. After these 15 minutes your timer will start for your event.
In SOME but not all cases, we will make an exception to this grace period rule. However, this is not guaranteed so please plan accordingly for your scheduled time. If you would like back the extra time that you lost, you are welcome to purchase extended time.
Please plan for traffic, finding parking, travel/walking time, etc. This is especially important for beach event, even more so during peak seasons like spring and summer.
Absolutely! We love being a part of love stories, whether it’s an intimate elopement, a micro-wedding, or a larger celebration. We currently accommodate weddings with up to 50 guests. For weddings exceeding this number, please reach out well in advance so we can plan accordingly and ensure a smooth experience.
We do not offer a set price for weddings, as each one is uniquely tailored to reflect the couple's vision, needs, and budget. We aim to make weddings as beautiful and affordable as possible, making us a perfect option for couples working with either a modest or more expansive budget.
